Well, yes... the NTL and Virgin merger (now known collectively as Virgin Media) claims to offer the first four product package of it's kind!
You don't have to take all four offers though - you can choose broadband & mobile, or broadband and phone, or all four, or any combination you choose. The pricing policy is easy to understand too - 2 items for £20, 3 for £30 or the whole package for £40! They're also currently offering half price broadband for three months when combined with a phone package.
